is now offering Premium ceramic CLAM holders.
We asked what you wanted and this is one of the results. This includes the following:
1. Extra wide body for a sm/med clam
2. Solid for extra weight in high flow tanks
3. Realistic natural look. The micro holes make the piece appear as a piece of live
rock.
4. Made in the USA with USA sourced materials
These unlike
aragonite pieces do not need to be cured. They are fired at over 2000 degrees
for several hours. This prevents any ph spikes that are common from aragonite pieces that usually are never fully cured leading to a major die off in your
tank.
Will work for T. Derasa, T. Gigas, T. Squamosa, T. Maxima, and T. Crocea clams. They have shown to promote coralline
algae growth and corals.
They are bright white approx 4″ long by 3″ wide, and they sit about 1″ tall. Each one is a little different as these are all hand made locally.
